This show demands your undivided attention
Such a lens would not be able to focus on close-up subjects, such as selfies with Sasha or the bedroom with Catherine. I rarely leave reviews, but after seeing some embarrassing negatives here, I had to share my thoughts.
The direction is excellent, and Alfonso Cuarón’s style is evident throughout
If you’re looking for something to listen to in the background while you scroll through your phone, this is not the show for you. The long, immersive films he uses, combined with the actors’ outstanding performances, the excellent sound design, and the excellent cinematography, make for an incredible viewing experience.
If you’re still confused, Episode 2 will help clear up a few things
It seems that some viewers may not have the patience or concentration to follow the plot. Episode 1 will take you straight to the action without much of an introduction, but if you pay close attention to the dialogue and just watch the show, things start to fall into place.
This show has been fantastic so far
If it maintains this level of quality until the end, it could become a cult classic for years to come.
